syed shafqat bukhari s/o ghulam hussain bukhari .born in small village named basti all ha bux of tahsil jatoi district muzaffergarh got his intial education from his vilage,after his matriculation he join gdc muzaffergarh in pre engineering,he completed his gardution from muzafergarh .then come to multan in2004 and join instituteof cost and management accountants  of pakistan.then hegive his first audition from mast fm 103 multan.imperesive way of talking and knowledgefull thoughts open brighten way for him in electronic media first time he became onair from mast fm 103 multan on 20 july 2004.a huge fame and appriciation he got and this was his first step in electronic media environment.his first show was melody .which was onair at 2am to 4am then he perfome musafat e shab ,and special show for special accossions. in 2006 he swithed off fm103 and join fm 93 pakistan a part of pakistan broadcasting corporation .there he perfome jagta multan .taroon se karien baatain ,good morning multan a saraiiki show jhok sanjhok, and urdu show studio93 was broadcast by him after three and half hour he switchedoff fm 93 and join fm94.6 with eye television network (Hum group) .there he performed saraiki tarka on network  and then ghazl time named musafir e shab .after one year switching off the Hum Group.he join srbc fm 94.6 there he started his show Rakht e Shab and now this show is one of the best show of pakistan .according to a survay by mass com department of bzu multan .shafqat bukhari is ever best broadcaster of multan and also southern punjab
